Description The house sits right on the waters of the Annisquam, a short distance from from Wingersheek beach and Ipswich Bay (see red diamond below). At low tide a beach forms in front of the house (as well as across the water). At high tide the dock floats within 9 to 12 feet of water. The house is idea for many activities: from napping in the hummock and sipping daiquiris while watching the boats or wildlife - to swimming, fishing, boating, clamming or just walking & exploring the tidal area across the river. House Layout The house has 3 levels,
each level with its own bathroom and sleeping
arrangements. Each room has views of the water. On the top
level there is a Master Bedroom with a King Size Bed and its own
bathroom. Behind it is a loft bedroom with 4 twin beds.
The main floor has the first of 2 kitchens. It also has a dining area and a large living room where the main T.V. is situated (as well as a working fireplace). Please note that we have a wide selection of videos and dvds. There is another bedroom on this floor with a full sized bed. The bottom floor has a full bathroom plus a utility room for laundry. There is a room with a pool/air hockey table followed by the family room. The family room has another fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living area and a pull out couch. The first deck is right off the family room - awnings block the sun on hot days. The gas grill is located here. Below is the main deck. All the decks have furniture for eating and lounging in. Off this second deck is the ramp to the dock. |
