Total 2005 YTD Navy spending for the selected PSCs was $5.7 billion.  50% was attributed to D399 Other ADP & Telecom Svcs and 38% was for J058 Maint & Repair of Comm Equipment. (see Chart 1 to the right).   As shown by Chart 2 below, Space & Naval Warfare Systems out of North Charleston SC was by far the largest contracting office with $2B+ in spending, primarily within J058.  3 Fleet & Industrial Supply Centers out of Philadelphia PA, Norfolk VA and Jacksonville FL were within the top 5.  Space and Naval Warfare out of San Diego was ranked 3rd.  (refer to Table 1 for more details) EDS was the dominant contractor with $2B+ in sales. Milcom, Eagan, GD Gov Systems and Scientific Research Corp rounded off the top 5 with sales ranging between $109M to $240M (refer to Chart 3).
