2005 YTD spending for D399 Other ADP & Telecom Services exceeded $21 billion split evenly between DoD and Civilian Agencies. As shown by Chart 1 below, EDS is the dominant player in this area with sales approaching $2.5 billion primarily with the Navy. SAIC comes next with sales approaching $1.5B mostly for Defense Agencies. Northrop Grumman IT, IBM and CSC round off the top 5 with sales exceeding $500M mixed between Defense and Civilian Agencies (refer to Table 1 for more details). As shown by Chart 2 , DISA out of Scott AFB is the largest contracting office with spending nearing $4B. It is followed by GSA FTS out of Alexandria VA with $1.3B. IRS out of D.C., Navy Fleet & Industrial Supply out of Philadelphia and HHS National Institutes for Health out of Bethesda round off the top 5 contracting offices with spending greater then $500M each (refer to Table 2 for more details).
